Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Sticksy ships all orders within Canada using Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. At checkout you may choose:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery in approximately 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for most locations.
 - Express Shipping: Delivery in roughly 1 business day for most locations (next-business-day service).

Delivery times are estimates and depend on carrier, origin, and destination. Actual transit may vary due to weather or other factors. All delivery estimates are in business days and exclude weekends and statutory holidays. (For example, deliveries occur Monday–Friday only, with no deliveries on public holidays.) Remote or rural locations may take longer; carriers provide more detailed delivery standards by postal code.
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on package size, weight, and the chosen shipping option, and are shown during checkout. (All amounts are in Canadian dollars.) Customers pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout. Sticksy may offer free shipping or other shipping discounts on qualifying orders (for example, during promotions or above a minimum order subtotal). Any free-shipping thresholds or promotional offers will be clearly communicated on our site. Taxes are charged as required by law (note: shipping charges to Canadian addresses are generally subject to GST/HST like other goods).
Order Processing Times
We process orders promptly. Orders placed on a business day are typically processed within 1 business day, so you can expect them to ship the same or next business day. (Orders received after our daily cutoff time – for example, after 5:00 PM – will be processed on the next business day.) We do not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays; any order placed during those times will ship on the next business day. Once an order is processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Tracking and Delivery
Every shipment includes a tracking number. When your order ships, Sticksy will email you the tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (or our order portal) to check the delivery status. Carriers will attempt delivery during normal business hours (generally Monday–Friday). If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave a notice and hold the package for pick-up, or attempt delivery again.
If a shipment is delayed or undelivered due to issues beyond our control (such as carrier delays, severe weather, or other unforeseen events), Sticksy cannot be held liable for the delay. In such cases we will provide tracking information, and you may contact us for assistance. If an order cannot be fulfilled within the expected timeframe, we will notify you promptly and discuss possible options.
Shipping Restrictions
Sticksy ships only to Canadian addresses (all provinces and territories). We do not ship to international destinations at this time. We will deliver to all Canadian address types, including street addresses, rural routes, and P.O. boxes (via Canada Post, which serves P.O. boxes). Please note that some carriers (e.g. UPS/FedEx) cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; in those cases we will use Canada Post for delivery.
We follow all carrier and legal restrictions on shipping. Certain items are not allowed (for example, hazardous or illegal goods). If your order contains any non-allowable item, we will notify you and cancel or adjust the order. We reserve the right to refuse shipment if the address is invalid or incomplete.
